Course Synopsis: AMLS Hybrid course is for providers emphasizes the use of scene size-up, history, interactive group discussion on potential treatment strategies, and physical exam to systematically rule out and consider possibilities and probabilities in treating patients' medical crises. The course offers an initial assessment-based approach that progresses to a diagnostic-based approach to quickly develop the best treatment plan.   

This AMLS Hybrid course is composed of two parts:

  1. Part one is an online comprehensive course. The key for the course will be given to you when you register for the course.  You will be required to complete the online course prior to coming to class.
  1. Part two is an instructor-led course review, hands-on skills where students practice and complete various skills, and a written evaluation.
You are required to have the current textbook for this course. If you already own one or have access to one before, during, and after the class, you do not need to purchase one here. Please choose from the following optional items:
